Creativity Under Confinement
The present and past imposition of lockdowns inspired us to ask our dear friends and artists how they were coping. We were eager to ask how the temporal, economic, and psychic constraints of the COVID-19 related lockdown were affecting their capacity to imagine possibilities of creation and self-emancipation.

This work is composed of over forty artistic and intellectual
contributions received, gathered and curated during the various phases of international lockdown. The contributions draw upon lineages of radicalism and resilience to create fluid categories around notions of self-invention, curation, archiving, cultural work and practices of art-making.
